Merry Christmas from Roaring Mouse

The picture on this post, which is also the one from our Christmas card this year, was taken at the end of October this year in Seahouses, a small fishing village on the Northumberland coast in England.

It was taken an sunrise, looking out to the North Sea. There is nothing but water between where this picture was taken and the west coast of Denmark.

There are several reasons we like it: the sense of peace, tranquillity and the possibilities of a brand new day. It also shows, once again, how beautiful the North of England can be. Make it one of your New Year resolutions to explore it more (perhaps starting with Chesterfield) in 2018.

2017 has been a wonderful year for Roaring Mouse, and we’d like to offer our heartfelt thanks to all of our customers, people and everyone else who’ve helped us and enriched our lives over the last 12 months.

Officially, we are going to be about until lunchtime on Friday 24th December before the office closes for Christmas and New Year. We’ll be back at our desks on Tuesday 2nd January.

We say ‘officially’, because we will still be on call for our customers, and there are at least two stories due to hit the press between Christmas and New Year that we’ll be supporting too.

From everyone at Roaring Mouse, have a very merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year. We look forward to seeing you again very soon.
